Facility Assessment

During the Facility Assessment process, EMA will work with the Educational Owner’s staff to identify needs, problem areas, conditions, trends, district requirements and then provide estimates of probable costs and priorities. EMA will develop facility planning documents and master plans to guide educational facility owners in systematic budgeting, prioritizing, scheduling, upgrading and funding.
